An owner-designed home above the Paradise Valley, built by C&L.
The owners chose this site for one reason: it holds the best views in the Paradise Valley. They designed the home themselves, and C&L built it.
The site held a surprise. A slab of granite, unknown when the project began, meant drilling into rock that was never part of the plan. The owners were understanding and worked through it with our team, because the site was worth it.
