Chris Salacinski
Owner
Establishing roots in Livingston, MT has lead to a deep understanding of the relationships needed to build a thriving community. All members need to communicate effectively and respectfully to achieve a goal. I take that same approach with me in the workplace. The relationship between the design team, build team, and the owners must be the most important aspect of project. Being a Veteran of the U.S. Army has instilled the moral integrity of which our business operates.

Christopher Mauzy
Project Manger/Partner
Raising a family in Three Forks, MT has taught me the value of a hard days work. My leadership style is based around quick problem solving and gritty hard work. As a former collegiate coach and educator, motivating the build team, suppliers, investors/owners, and the design team has been something I’ve been refining for the past decade. From custom homes to commercial historic remodels, our methods of hard work and honesty prove to move projects toward a stress free completion.

Ross Lemons
Structural Engineer
Ross Lemons has been in the field of structural engineering since graduation from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2015. After graduation Ross went to work for a Structural engineering firm in Bozeman, MT that specialized in blast design and structural façade systems. Ross amplified his skills in the structural engineering field by taking part in multiple single family and multi-family residential properties. He also took part in site inspections for schools and residences in the build phase. Born and raised in the great state of Montana, Ross is an avid fisherman and bowhunter when not in the office. He also coaches his son's baseball team as an aspiring pitcher, and tries to never miss either of his daughters sporting events. If you don't find him hunting or fishing, he is most likely out making campfire memories with his wife and three children.
